Okay, okay I am a slacker! We now live in Utah and have for just over one year. A lot has happened since I last posted. I drove with Jessica out to Utah to go to Weber State, while out there we met Tyler's mission president and his wife, Craig Fisher. While there we discovered he was in search for a new plant manager of Don Julios trotilla company. I had Scott email his resume to him that night, he had 3 interviews the next day, they flew him out to interview the next week and then offered him the job. He started the first day of school. Before we left, Tyler returned home from his mission, on October 29, 2009. Scott came home for that and it was a great time. Scott then went back to Utah, Tyler, Jeremy and I all stayed in FL to try to sell the house - didn't happen so in December we left the house empty! A few months later we were able to rent it out and hopefully they will purchase it in April 2011.
We moved to Utah and lived with my parents for 9 months. All was pretty good - got tiring but they were very gracious to let us stay that long. After I got a teaching job we were able to purchase a home in North Ogden. It has needed a lot of work but after only 3 months we have done the following: major tree and hedge removal in the front yard, painted all but the master bathroom upstars, new carpet in the family room, had the wood floors re-done, cleaned up the backyard, had the back-splash re-tiled and completely re-did the main bathroom. We are tired of house working and are taking a break until spring or summer.
Jessica is now attending Utah State University along with Tyler. They are loving it. Jeremy is a senior at Weber High School where he took 2nd seat on the golf team.
